Two Samaritan citizens Mr Rajendra Nagar and Mr Sachin Nagar have set a new trend “One can do charity and support social causes after demise also. Late Smt Vijay Jha and her husband Mr Harshad Jha had entrusted management of their property to Mr Rajendra Nagar and Mr Sachin Nagar after their demise. Both these professional persons along with Mr Praful Karnawat have decided to create a Corpus Fund named as “Harshad and Vijay Jha Endowment Fund” for promoting education of people with visual impairments, other disabilities and those from poor families.
This unique Corpus Fund which has been created from sale proceeds of property of an individual after demise of owners of that property shall be managed by the Blind People’s Association is unique initiative on promoting education of needy persons. In that way, apart from promoting education of needy and deserving students, this fund shall keep memory of Vijay ben and Harshad Bhai alive – a true example of Individual social responsibility posthumously.
